Comparing subjects with vs without CHD, no differences were observed for sex, age, blood pressure values, glycated haemoglobin, lipid profile, troponin, BNP, while eGFR (72 ± 26 vs 95 ± 34 ml/min/1.73 m2; p = 0.032) and microalbuminuria (88 ± 99 vs 37 ± 47 mg/24h; p = 0.038) were significantly different in CHD subjects.
