This result could be exploited to design therapies of ErbB2+ tumors based on the administration of AvidinOX to the tumor lesions (i.e. intra-tumor injection of inoperable lesions or aerosol exposure of lung cancer nodules or metastases) followed by the administration (intravenous or aerosol) of an anti-ErbB2 biotinylated antibody. Here, ERBB2 is linked to lung carcinoma.
