KLK3 and benign prostatic hyperplasia: It was statistically significant that PSA and Alkali phosphatase (AKP) were higher in PCa than BPH, and the larger prostate size, more tubercle existence, central sulcus disappearance and scleroid texture, and more abnormal echo of ultrasonography, abnormal lesion of Computed tomography and abnormal signal of Magnetic resonance imaging could be found in PCa (Table 1).
