ANGPTL4 and breast carcinoma: Several studies identified the presence of ANGPTL4 in various solid tumors, such as breast cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, hepatocarcinoma, and renal cell carcinoma [103–107], suggesting its important role in cancer growth and progression, anoikis resistance, altered redox regulation, angiogenesis, and metastasis [80, 104, 108].
