The analysis of breast cancer datasets from Kaplan-Meier Plotter revealed that patients with high TMSB10 expression had longer disease-free survival compared to patients with low TMSB10 expression after chemotherapy, but this was not seen in patients treated with endocrine therapy or without systemic treatment, because rapidly dividing cells are generally susceptible to chemotherapy. This evidence concerns the gene TMSB10 and breast carcinoma.
