Based on our results in this study, immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR both showed down-regulated expression of mTOR protein and up-regulated expression of beclin1 protein in the inhibitor group at each time point (6h and 24h) compared with the IH+I/R group, which indicated that mTOR inhibitor could suppress the expression of mTOR protein and then promote the occurrence of autophagy. This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and isolated hemihyperplasia.
