Considering that RASSF8 is a negative regulator of NF-κB transcription activity in lung cancer [19], we aimed to examine NF-κB transcriptional activity with a NF-κB luciferase reporter plasmid in MGC-803 and SGC-7901 cells treated with RASSF8-overexpressing plasmid or RASSF8 siRNA under hypoxia. Here, RASSF8 is linked to lung cancer.
