Our results showed that treatment of B16 and CT26 cells with CM2 significantly reduced E-cadherin expression, but increased Vimentin expression compared with CM1 (Fig 2A), which were further validated by immunofluorescence staining (Fig 2B), Together, these results indicate a crucial role of host Nur77 deletion in regulating the EMT of cancer cells.
