After 72 hours of infection, the protein levels of P-ERK1/2 and c-Fos were significantly reduced in the shRNA–c-Fos group compared to the scrambled group (p < 0.01; Figure 7), and the protein level of CYP17 was significantly increased in the shRNA–c-Fos group compared to controls (p < 0.01; Figure 7).
