MiR-130b regulated the drug resistance and proliferation of BC cell lines by targeting PTEN and causing subsequent changes in the PI3K/Akt pathway, whereas negative regulation of PTEN by miR-130b was proved to counteract the positive influence on the drug resistance and proliferation via PI3K/Akt pathway, in other words, these abilities were impaired when cells were co-transfected with PTEN or siPTEN, respectively. Here, AKT1 is linked to breast cancer.
