As shown in Table 1, pathway in cancer, MAPK signaling pathway, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, focal adhesion, tight junction, cell cycle, leukocyte transendothelial migration, oocyte meiosis, TGF-beta signaling pathway, gluconeogenesis, P53 signaling pathway, glutathione metabolism, valine leucine and isoleucine degradation, fatty acid metabolism, butanoate metabolism were shown to be significantly regulated with more than 500 genes differential expression in two group (Fig. 1c; P value < 0.01). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is cancer.
