Inhibition of ChoKα by JAS239 and MN58b was measured in 4 breast cancer cell lines, MCF7 overexpressing ChoK (MCF7-CK+) [43], the corresponding empty vector cell line (MCF7-EV), MDA-MB-231, and 4175-Luc+, an MDA-MB-231 derivative harvested from a lung metastasis and transfected with luciferase [44].
