The up-regulated pathways included those playing a crucial role in B-cell proliferation (e.g., NF-κB, CD40, and IL10) and NF-κB crosstalk pathways (e.g., EGFR_SMRTE, TNFR1, and STRESS), which are known to coordinately activate the NF-κB pathway [19, 20], highlighting the fact that aberrant activation of the NF-κB pathway is a hallmark of ocular MZL.
