Furthermore, Notch1 mutations were found in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), splenic marginal zone lymphoma (SMZL), Hadju-Cheney syndrome (Isidor et al., 2011; Simpson et al., 2011; Kiel et al., 2012), breast cancer (Wang et al., 2015), and in 12% of non-small-cell lung carcinomas (NSCLCs), of which half were in the PEST domain (Westhoff et al., 2009).
