Of note, CXCL9, 10, and 11 expression correlated strongly with myeloid marker CD11b (R = 0.874, 0.7822, and 0.7718; Fig. 2D), as well as dendritic cell marker CD11c (R = 0.901, 0.945, and 0.903; Fig. S2A), but not with T or B cell markers, or the GD2 synthase B4galnt1 tumor marker (Fig. S2B), indicating that myeloid cells are the major producers of these chemokines in the tumors.
