Results of the MANOVA revealed that age (F(3,67) = 17.77, p < 0.001) was a significant predictor of baseline differences with no significant effects for sex (F(3,67) = 0.50, p = 0.69), GAD (F(3,67) = 1.04, p = 0.38), MDD (F(3,67) = 1.18, p = 0.32) or SAD (F(3,67) = 1.73, p = 0.17). The gene discussed is GAD1; the disease is major depressive disorder.
