Four significantly upregulated or downregulated LSD1-target genes, namely, CABYR, FOXF2, TLE4, and CDH1, were confirmed to be related to proliferation, apoptosis, tumorigenesis, invasion, and metastasis of cancer cells via bioinformatics technology (GO, Pathway studio) and literature search from DEG intersection of SW620 and HT-29 cells [26–31] (Figure 1, Table 3). The gene discussed is FOXF2; the disease is cancer.
