We found that CCNA2, CCNE2 and CDC25A are significantly up-regulated in PTHLH expression Ca9-22 cells (Fig. 6B) and those are also up-regulated in the in Taiwanese (Fig. 6C, p < 0.01) and TCGA data (Fig. 6D, p < 0.001) HNSCC tumor. The gene discussed is CCNA2; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
