Similarly, we identified that the “chronic myelogenous leukemia”, “KLF1 targets” and “SMARCA2 targets” were mapped to citrate cycle pathway (effect = 35% and adjusted p-value < 0.01), DNA replication (effect = 24% and adjusted p-value = 0.016) and nucleotide excision repair (effect = 11% and adjusted p-value = 0.034), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene KLF1 and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
