In these, 26 SNPs were annotated to the same gene in sets of two or more height- and breast cancer risk-associated SNPs, leading to the following 9 gene annotations: ID4, ZMIZ1, MCHR1 (in GRAIL)/MKL1 (in HapMap), ESR1, RAD51B, TNS1, TNP1, TET2 and FAM46A. Height- and colorectal cancer risk-associated SNPs (n = 15) clustered together in four clusters. This evidence concerns the gene TET2 and breast carcinoma.
