Taken together, these data imply that miR-511 suppresses PI3K/AKT and Wnt/β-catenin pathways via targeting TRIM24, thus, inactivation of PI3K/AKT and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways are also involved in the anti-proliferative effects of miR-511 in GC.
