As for the N stage (p = 0.029), the rate of TFDP3 expression in the N0 stage was 27.78% (5 in 18 cases) and 71.43% in the non-N0 stage (10 in 14 cases) (Fig 3F), indicating that the overexpression of TFDP3 might contribute to lymph node metastasis, thus providing a link between TFDP3 expression and tumor metastasis in breast cancer. This evidence concerns the gene TFDP3 and breast carcinoma.
