In conclusion, we have identified several pathways (PI3K/AKT, MAPK, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, focal adhesion) and DEGs (MMP2, MMP9, FGF13, FGF12, NFKB1, PPP2R5B, PPP2R2B, CCNE2, MAPK12, FOS, MAP2K3, MAP2K6, BIRC3, BIRC2, and MLCK) associated with cisplatin resistance in lung cancer cells. The gene discussed is FGF13; the disease is lung carcinoma.
