In conclusion, we have identified several pathways (PI3K/AKT, MAPK, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, focal adhesion) and DEGs (MMP2, MMP9, FGF13, FGF12, NFKB1, PPP2R5B, PPP2R2B, CCNE2, MAPK12, FOS, MAP2K3, MAP2K6, BIRC3, BIRC2, and MLCK) associated with cisplatin resistance in lung cancer cells. Here, MMP2 is linked to lung cancer.
