In conclusion, we have identified several pathways (PI3K/AKT, MAPK, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, focal adhesion) and DEGs (MMP2, MMP9, FGF13, FGF12, NFKB1, PPP2R5B, PPP2R2B, CCNE2, MAPK12, FOS, MAP2K3, MAP2K6, BIRC3, BIRC2, and MLCK) associated with cisplatin resistance in lung cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene BIRC2 and lung cancer.
