SHIP1 and C/EBP have been implicated in myeloproliferative disorders [64, 65]; Peli1 controls the generation and function of T-follicular-helper cells through promoting the degradation of the NF-κB family transcription factor c-Rel [66]; tumour protein p53-inducible nuclear protein 1 (Tp53INP1) is involved in pancreatic cancer [67]; and SOCS1 is involved in promoting γ-chain cytokine signalling to ensure effector and memory CD8+ T-cell differentiation [68]. Here, INPP5D is linked to myeloproliferative disorder.
