In the multivariate logistic regression, female gender, a lower BMI, and a lower Vit-D concentration were significantly correlated with sarcopenia (Supplementary Table 4), but only a higher PTH concentration significantly predicted that a participant was Sarc+ LVH+ (odds ratio: 1.05, 95% CI: 1.03–1.08, p < 0.005) (Table 3). Here, PTH is linked to sarcopenia.
