There was an increased risk of developing EGFR-TKIs-related infections (Peto OR 1.34, 95%CI: 1.08-1.66, p = 0.008) and febrile neutropenia (Peto OR 2.48, 95%CI: 1.31-4.69, p = 0.005), but not for pneumonia (Peto OR 0.97, 95%CI: 0.73-1.29, p = 0.82). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and susceptibility to pneumonia measurement.
