PRMT5 and oropharynx squamous cell carcinoma: In this study, we examined the expression and localization of PRMT5 in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) tumors and correlated it with patient survival, p16 status (an established surrogate for tumor HPV status in OPSCC), smoking status, cyclin D1 expression, IL-6 expression and other clinical and pathological variables.
