In the BDL-miR-29aTg group, the abundances of DNMT1, DNMT3b and SET1A were significantly lower than those in the BDL-WT group (p < 0.001, respectively), which was suggestive of the active responses of these molecules to miR-29a signaling in early cholestasis.
