TRAF3 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma: The summative rate of somatic genetic events in CYLD (18.6%) and TRAF3 (17.5%) was as high as ∼35.1% (with one case having both CYLD and TRAF3 alterations), suggesting that CYLD and TRAF3 genomic aberrations may represent a major mechanism underlying NPC tumorigenesis.
