MUS/OT-peptide-vaccinated mice challenged with ovalbumin-expressing B16F10 melanoma tumour cells at day 150 exhibited robust cytokine-producing CD8+ T-cell responses, and these animals were fully protected from tumour outgrowth, in contrast to free peptide-immunized controls (Fig. 4g–i and Supplementary Fig. 3).
