We have previously reported that high expression of API5 and NANOG was correlated with poor prognosis of cervical carcinoma.11, 19 Here, we evaluated FGF2 expression by immunohistochemistry in the same patient population (Figure 7a), and further analyzed its relationship with API5, FGF2 and NANOG in the development and progression of cervical cancer. This evidence concerns the gene FGF2 and cervical cancer.
