The tumor cells stained positive for androgen receptor, epithelial membrane antigen (EMA), cytokeratin 7, and gross cystic disease fluid protein-15 (GCDFP-15) but negative for alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), calponin, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cytokeratin 14, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)/neu, estrogen receptor, S100 protein, vimentin, and tumor protein p53 (Fig. 3a–d). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and neoplasm.
