Ages in AD patients, control subjects, or all subjects had no significant correlation with the activities of TDPase (AD: r = 0.18, P = 0.22; control: r = 0.03, P = 0.86, all subjects: r = 0.14, P = 0.22), TMPase (AD: r = 0.28, P = 0.06; control: r = 0.09, P = 0.58, all subjects: r = 0.18, P = 0.10), and TPK (AD: r = 0.11, P = 0.49; control: r = 0.13, P = 0.45, all subjects: r = 0.11, P = 0.33; S4A–S4C Fig). This evidence concerns the gene ACP3 and Alzheimer disease.
