Firstly, we assessed the potential influence of TCF21 rs12190287, LPA rs3798220, HHIPL1 rs2895811, RASD1-PEMT rs12936587, MRPS6 rs9982601, CYP17A1-CNNM2-NT5C2 rs12413409, SMG6-SRR rs216172, PHACTR1 rs12526453, WDR12 rs6725887 and COL4A1-COL4A2 rs4773144 on the risk of CV events or subclinical atherosclerosis in RA patients (Table 2).
