The established cut-offs were associated with accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of 61.1%, 57.9%, 62.4%, 38.4%, and 78.6%, respectively, for pre-transplant alpha-fetoprotein, 60.5%, 64.9%, 58.7%, 38.5%, and 80.8%, respectively, for number of tumors, and 63.3%, 50.9%, 68.3%, 39.2%, and 77.6%, respectively, for size of the largest tumor.
