AFP and neoplasm: Microvascular invasion (p = 0.021), number of tumors (p < 0.001), size of the largest tumor (p < 0.001), total tumor volume (p < 0.001), pre-transplant alpha-fetoprotein concentration (p < 0.001), and poor tumor differentiation (p = 0.005) were significantly associated with 5-year recurrence-free survival in univariable analyses (Table 4).
