Our results proved that LCSE inhibited the activities of EGFR, Erk-1/-2 and Akt and concomitantly suppressed the level of cyclin B; therefore, indicating that the LCSE-induced G2/M-phase arrest might arise from the reduction of EGFR signaling and control of cyclin B in NSCLC cells. Here, AKT1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
