KEGG pathway enrichment analysis revealed that the significantly enriched pathways were PI3K-Akt signaling (S1 Fig), prostate cancer (S2 Fig), cell cycle (S3 Fig), Wnt signaling (S4 Fig), and pathways in cancer (S5 Fig); this analysis also showed that CCNE2, MYC, and CREB3L4 were the key involved genes. Here, CCNE2 is linked to Familial prostate cancer.
