In this experiment, compared with control group, the gene expression levels of IFN-γ, perforin, the DNA-binding protein high mobility group-2 (HMG-2), and NK lysin in APS group showed significantly decreased (P < 0.05, Fig. 7); whereas, the gene expression levels of Granzyme A and histocompatibility complex class I (MHC I) showed no significant changes. This evidence concerns the gene GZMA and autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
