In our study, we received that the HA + GA group could decrease the levels of cTnI and BNP in plasma of CHF rats, and the cardiac protection was much better than the HA group and GA group, and even nearly equaled to the Digoxin group, which is still one of the major treatments for CHF in 2016 ESC guidelines [29].
