TNFSF10 and breast neoplasm: In the future, we will further explore whether type-I IFNs have the potential to unleash anti-tumor immunity by activating conventional DCs, T cells and NK cells, while inhibiting regulatory T cells, and whether type-I IFNs can induce the cytotoxic activities of pDCs by inducing the expression of Granzyme B and TRAIL, leading to local anti-tumor responses in the breast tumor mouse model in this study and in breast cancer patients.
