Overall, the results revealed a significant association between the SPO11 C631T polymorphism and male infertility risks (TT + CT vs. CC: OR = 4.14, 95%CI = 2.48–6.89; CT vs. CC: OR = 4.34, 95%CI = 2.56–7.34; T vs. C: OR = 4.35, 95%CI = 2.58–7.34) (Figures 2–4). This evidence concerns the gene SPO11 and male infertility.
