During nab-PTX therapy, ≥grade 3 hematological toxicities included neutropenia (48.2%), leukopenia (13%), and an ASL/ALT increase (5.6%), while ≥grade 3 nonhematological toxicities included arthralgia (14.8%), myalgia (13%), peripheral sensory neuropathy (7.4%), peripheral motor neuropathy (1.9%), and rash (1.9%).
