Accordingly, the expression of CA9 was found largely up-regulated under hypoxia (i.e., 10.768 fold-change as compared to CTN), however, treatment of cells with D11 resulted in a −2.924 fold-change of CA9 with respect to CTH suggesting that D11 compromises another important adaptation of tumor cells which seems to be essential for promoting tumor invasion. Here, CTH is linked to neoplasm.
