SRSF3 and osteosarcoma: We also found that reduced expression of SRSF3 inhibited clonogenicity (Figure 1C and Supplementary Figure 1B) and suppressed metastatic abilities including invasion (Figure 1D, left panel and Supplementary Figure 1C) and migration (Figure 1D, right panel and Supplementary Figure 1D), indicating that SRSF3 is responsible for the malignant phenotypes of osteosarcoma U2OS cells.
