Univariate Cox analysis revealed that large tumor size (> 6 cm), undifferentiated histology, higher T stage (T3/4), higher N stage (N2/3), presence of lymphovascular invasion, and presence of perineural invasion along with high circulating IGFBP2 level (hazard ratio (HR): 5.221, P = 0.006) were significantly associated with worse overall survival (Table 3).
