Bianchi-Frias et al recently reported over-expression of GRIN3A and LRRN1 in urine specimens of high-grade prostate cancer and a 4-gene panel (RELN, GRIN3A, RGS5 and LRRN1) that discriminated clinically relevant high-grade (Gleason score ≥ 4 + 3) tumours from low-grade (Gleason score ≥ 3 + 4) tumours using urine sediments [39]. This evidence concerns the gene LRRN1 and prostate carcinoma.
