Twelve of the genes regulated by type 3a AR in prostate cancer LNCaP cells (Table 1) have been previously linked to prostate cancer, including PCGEM1 [24], BCHE [39,40], PEG3 [27,41], GSTA1 [42], GRIN3A [43,44], LRRN1 [26,39], MBNL2 [45], EFNB2 [46], SLITRK3 [1,47], EPHA3 [48], TOX3 [49], and COL12A1 [50]. This evidence concerns the gene GSTA1 and prostate carcinoma.
