Multivariate analysis showed that age >50 years [HR: 0.03 (0.00–0.56); p=0.018], pre-menopausal [HR: 0.02 (0.00–0.29); p=0.005], tumor size >2cm [HR: 0.15 (0.05–0.47); p=0.001], nodal status of N3+N2 [HR: 6.39 (1.90–21.5); p=0.003], TNM stages of IV [HR: 5.36 (1.33–21.5); p=0.018], high count of intratumoral CD68+ Mφ [HR: 2.70 (1.00–7.31); p=0.050] and high expression of FOXP3 in cancer cells [HR: 0.29 (0.09–0.91); p=0.034] were independent prognostic factors of OS (Table 4).
