In the head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), EZH2 repressed Rap1GAP by facilitating the trimethylationof H3K27 and hypermethylation of the Rap1GAP promoter, and the downregulation of Rap1GAP activated the activity of Rap1, and eventually promoted proliferation and invasion [30]. Here, RAP1GAP is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
