Among bullous disorders, IgA-related conditions such as linear immunoglobulin A (IgA) dermatosis (LABD) and dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) are less common autoimmune dermopathies, characterized by subepidermal vesiculobullous erosive mucocutaneous lesions, with different patterns of IgA deposition in dermal papillae and the basement membrane zone (BMZ).
