Markedly higher quantities of CD8+ T cells were found in RdB/IL12/DCN-treated tumors compared with tumors treated with PBS, RdB, RdB/IL12 or RdB/DCN (P < 0.01) (Figure 6C), suggesting that the decreased population of Treg cells correlated with enhanced infiltration of CD8+ T cells into tumor tissues.
